Heads22
QUOTE (greg775 @ Jul 15, 2016 -> 10:44 PM) Sox having trouble solving former Sox pitcher. ... again. Why did we trade him again? Santiago would look good on our staff. I'm happy with Eaton and we have a lot harder time developing position players than pitchers. By the way, both the Angels and Sox got something out of that deal, while the Backs got hot garbage. Also, Trout now 3-19 vs Miguel. I still love watching him play. greg775
QUOTE (fathom @ Jul 16, 2016 -> 04:25 AM) Seems like a lot of complacency in the Braves series and now this one. Still seems strange how they are handling the rotation this weekend. So true. Why didn't Q start tonight and Sale tomorrow? WTF? What are we going with the back end for? QUOTE (elrockinMT @ Jul 16, 2016 -> 04:27 AM) Sox fan since 1959. Nellie Fox was my favorite player and my first glove was a Nellie Fox model. I have just always stayed loyal. I don't always likevwhar I see either though LOL. Thanks for your kind words Cool. My first glove was Ron Santo which was good cause I was a third baseman through and through. Of course he stated during his life he hated his year on the Sox.

Harry Chappas
My God this team is unwatchable. 20 innings without a run. They are nowhere close to being in contention. This is one of those 10 games 12 runs scored totals.

greg775
The Sox are a weird team. Has Santiago ever pitched a game as good as this one? This has got to be a career highlight.
greg775
Nice hit by Frazier. I don't despise him even though I've called for trading him. He has never annoyed me like Dunn did and LaRoche did despite the sub .200 average.

Harry Chappas
QUOTE (fathom @ Jul 15, 2016 -> 10:53 PM) Boston, Toronto and Houston have so much more talent. If all these scores hold, you couldn't ask for a more disappointing night Scoreboard watching is pointless. There is no sustained offense and no power making it impossible to string victories together. Earlier in the season the pen carried them. Navarro and Abreu are an embarrassment.
