iamshack
QUOTE (ChiliIrishHammock24 @ Jul 30, 2016 -> 04:45 PM) Hawk just said on the broadcast that the Rangers are trying to get Sale AND Quintana?? Huh? No way they would want to trade their entire farm for both...I mean, it would have to be like.... Odor, Gallo, Mazara, Tate, Brinson, Ortiz, Ibanez, and Cordell? I mean, that's never going to happen. It's interesting that he and Stone have been openly discussing this so much.

Holy crap.

It makes for reasonably good discussion, as Stone is asking Hawk relevant questions regarding his GM experience (short as it was)
fathom
QUOTE (Deadpool @ Jul 31, 2016 -> 12:44 AM) Hawk just said something I genuinely agree with. The Sox can deal with the Cubs. Just has to be the right deal. Well said, Hawk. What context

ChiSoxFanMike
The Sox have given up. Plain and simple. It might be a blessing in disguise though because the Sox aren't giving us any false hope like they did last year.

ChiliIrishHammock24
Ok, but you have to play this in the background when you read it.... Buxton hits a groundball to Saladino at 3B. Saladino takes an extra step, throws the ball across, somewhat in to the 1B line, and Abreu drops it. On the very next pitch, Buxton takes off for 2nd, Navarro launches the throw in to CF and Buxton gets up and scrambles for 3rd. Shuck admires Buxton's speed, but decides to not get the ball in quick enough, so Buxton keeps running and tries to score. Shuck throws the ball home, Navarro catches it up the 3B line, jumps at Buxton to tag him, Buxton leaps over to avoid the tag and in the process of tagging Buxton, Navarro drops the ball and he scores safely. 3 errors in about 30 seconds. elrockinMT
QUOTE (Feeky Magee @ Jul 30, 2016 -> 11:53 PM) What happened, for those not watching Sorry I tried to reply. Buxton hit a grounders to Saladino. Throw to first was wide and Abreu dropped it but they called the error on Sally. Buxton steals second. Navarro threw it into center and Buxton headed to third. Shuck hobbled the ball and Buxton heads home. The throw was there but Navarro couldn't hold it on the rag and run scorred three errors
