Omar's hit well in his limited appearances.

How's his work catching, framing and all of that?

Not much playing time to judge him by but if I remember right he has been a bit wild on throwing to second base on steals

It was a typo but your point is well taken

I wasn't trying to make a point or argue or anything but it just took me back to over a week ago when it seemed like we were going to make a bunch of trades this weekend. Now the feeling seems like we will only make maybe one more.

I think that major moves can wait till the off season, it just seems like you have more time to work out better deals and see what you can get through free agency. I know some may argue that now is the time when contenders may be desperate

Doziers homer looks like an infield fly compared to what Thome did

That's a crime. He should have been arrested

Oh I remember. Very well.

Before Thornton threw the pitch I walked up to the TV and turned it off.

My dad asked what the hell I was doing - to which I replied, "Thome is hitting a walk off."

He says something like, "you don't know that - turn it back on!"

I turned it back on and the crowd was going nuts which Thome circled second.

I turned the TV back off and said, "see"

My dad was looking at me dumbfounded.

I knew it too, but I watched in horror/fascination
