The board rules flat out state that personal attacks on both other posters and people in the organization are not allowed, and can be something that gets you suspended and/or banned. I know there hasn't been a lot of enforcement of this lately, but it has to stop. It has reached ridiculous amounts lately. Consider this everyone's warning. Personal attacks can and will bring suspensions of 10 days, or longer, as merited. When it comes to debate you can argue about the subject material, but not the subject.
