WBWSF
I keep reading and hearing that Abreu is happy that his son is with him in Miami. The son has some type of visa from Cuba. I can't help but wonder, if the son is here in the USA now, why doesn't he just stay here? I don't know if this forum is the place for this but still if somebody can answer this for me I would really like to hear it.

Lip Man 1
Nice to get the win but Jacob Turner is bad...very, VERY bad. His rear end needs to be cut as soon as the season is over. Mark
harkness99
well we won... nice job by the bull pen. The fact that we managed only 4 runs out of our countless opportunities is pretty much the backbone of this squad however.
greg775
Guys ... Saladino is a big league baseball player. He can hit the ball. I'm convinced. Trade Lawrie ASAP and for gosh sakes play Saladino next year.
Jose Abreu
QUOTE (greg775 @ Aug 12, 2016 -> 10:21 PM) Guys ... Saladino is a big league baseball player. He can hit the ball. I'm convinced. Trade Lawrie ASAP and for gosh sakes play Saladino next year. If we're starting Saladino, it should be at SS or 3B. He's not a 2B.
SCCWS
QUOTE (Jose Abreu @ Aug 12, 2016 -> 11:22 PM) If we're starting Saladino, it should be at SS or 3B. He's not a 2B. Offensively he is not a 3B. With Anderson the SS for now , he is therefore a utility player.
greg775
QUOTE (caulfield12 @ Aug 12, 2016 -> 11:58 PM) Should have put this one away.... That's not the Sox. They don't blow open many games. They win close games and lose both blowouts and close games. Rarely do they win a blowout game.
Hatchetman
Is Saladino shaky at 2B because of some inherent flaw or b/c he doesn't have much experience there?
southsideirish71
QUOTE (Hatchetman @ Aug 13, 2016 -> 02:40 PM) Is Saladino shaky at 2B because of some inherent flaw or b/c he doesn't have much experience there? Its a different arm slot and throw at 2nd. Pivots and double play turns are different as well. Just because you play SS doesnt mean you automatically can play 2b.
