pettie4sox
QUOTE (fathom @ Oct 10, 2016 -> 09:32 PM) Giants offense is so weak. It's too bad Cardinals didn't make it to WC man the cubs would have obliterated them. Their pitching is bad. The cubs will run into problems in the ws, not before. The boppers the jays have will give the cubs issues since they have seen lester, arrieta, and lackey before.

fathom
QUOTE (pettie4sox @ Oct 11, 2016 -> 02:34 AM) man the cubs would have obliterated them. Their pitching is bad. The cubs will run into problems in the ws, not before. The boppers the jays have will give the cubs issues since they have seen lester, arrieta, and lackey before. Cardinals played Cubs tough this year because they could hit the ball out of the park. Cubs pitching gives up so few hits, so you need to be able to strike quickly. ChiliIrishHammock24
QUOTE (Deadpool @ Oct 10, 2016 -> 10:01 PM) Ross is going to be an analyst or coach somewhere. Not until after his HOF induction and his number is retired at Wrigley. But seriously, the amount of love he is getting for his "retirement" is annoying and completely unwarranted. The dude is a career .229 hitter and 15 WAR catcher over 15 years.

JUSTgottaBELIEVE
Arrieta hit very hard that inning. Fortunate to be up a run still. Can't imagine he will be in the game much longer.
