iamshack Posted November 11, 2016 Share Posted November 11, 2016 Yeah, but the Braves are looking for a very particular thing, and they know it, which is why they are striking early like this. They only want 1-year contracts and they have absolutely no chance of winning. That isn't an easy sell to many. So we need to see this for what it is - an overpay due to their relative situation.
