Soxplosion
Yes, it's just Loaiza's fault. I guess the other 24 people on the staff didn't play a role in us not clinching the division. :finger Im not saying noone else is to blame. I said Thomas choked. But you guys are here trying to make Loaiza look like a saint and he wasnt. He choked big time. He wasnt the only one but he still a choker... But if you guys want a stiff like that, have him. Doesnt bother me... First of all, Richie can't carry Loaiza's Jock Strap. Another thing, I don't give 2 s***s if he sucks but the guy won 20 for ya so you bring him back. The one I don't wan't is the Big Skirt. He can take his Whinning and suck ass attitude somewhere else. Thanks Frank for the good years but now Good Riddance to you

I may not agree with Roman all the time, but he didnt make any insult or reference to you being Latino. It annoys me when people use their race as an excuse when people dont agree with them. DonkeyKongerko
Dude, I am staying. But you guys are hoping for Loaiza to stay. And hes gonna blow, seriously. You need to define how much E-Lo is gonna "suck" next year. Then I am going to save this post so I can bring it up again when E-Lo exceeds your "suckiness". witesoxfan
Roman, get a clue about how the body works before you post this inane garbage. Esteban, prior to this season, had only surpassed 190 innings one time(I believe). He has thrown 210-220 this year. If you throw an extraordinary amount of innings, you're going to get very tired very quickly. For example, if you are lifting weights, and you can normally bench 150 5 times for 3 reps, you will be able to do that all the time. However, you add 15 pounds to that, you do it 6 times per rep, and you do 4 reps, your arms are going to either fall off, or you won't be able to complete it with the same results you did with your first 150-5-3. Bring in the baseball analogy here, and you'll see that Elo's arm was used to throwing 175 or so innings a year, but he could get up to 190 as well. When he was asked to do 40-50 more innings then his arm was used to, his arm because very tired and he experienced a dead arm period. You wondered why I and almost everyone else on these boards knew that KC was going to falter come September? There's your reason right there. I lift and you have to condition your body to move up to new weights. It took me like a month to move up from 3 reps at 195 to 3 reps at 205. The body can't just handle the extra workload right away. The first time I tried to rep 205 3 times I would have just about killed myself had I not had a spotter.
