Andrew Baggarly @extrabaggs Rollins said he made the wrong decision to sign w/White Sox over Giants last year. Eager to get work at 3B/2B in addition to SS.

It's OK Jimmy, I still like you. Here's your new theme song brudduh...

Dan Hayes ‏@CSNHayes 44m44 minutes ago Don Cooper hopes last season was an aberration for James Shields: "He still has the stuff he needs." #WhiteSox

Don't we all haha

#WhiteSox pitching coach Don Cooper on Michael Kopech's main flaw: Every single pitch, he's trying to throw the s*** out of it.

Knock that s*** off, kid. I hope he's smart enough to listen haha

What an odd thing to question. What is wrong with that statement versus any of the other ones Renteria made?

I question that because that is one of the questions that surrounded him during his brief stint in Boston.

Schwarber in the outfield will be ugly. He is a classic American League 1B/DH. Catching is out of the question, and he is a liability in the outfield.

I think it would be hard for the Cubs to trade such a valuable bat at this point in his career though.

Schwarber will be lucky to have a Mike Napoli type career.

Cubs are planning on using Schwarber in LF (LOL) and as an emergency catcher behind Contreras and Montero. I don't think the Cubs need to make any trades but after seeing Schwarber boot some balls in ST they might conclude that the best thing for Schwarber's career is to trade him to an AL club.

I'd like to see the Sox make a pitch for him if things turn in that direction.

Never trade with Epstein. It seems like he always gets more than he gives up.

Good enough for LF = still beliw average, but bat will make up for it. "Hide the glove" position afterall.

Hard to forget his foibles out in LF in the 2015 playoff and of course, the play last season that he injured himself.

I'd like to have him as DH though. I'd trade Fulmer to get him.

Schwarber has played like 100 something games in his life in the outfield. I obviously have no clue if he'll ever be an average outfielder but it's pretty funny to me how quickly some on this site dismiss it.

I'm with you. I wish we had a young bat like Schwarber.
