Ducksnort
It feels like the Sox have the upper edge to win every game that Covey does not pitch...that is a nice feeling!!!

Gives away so many at bats with awful approach. Nothing like chasing a 1-0 slider to weakly ground out to SS
SoxAce
TA has to show more patience. Pitchers aren't even throwing him strikes to get him out.

We were talking about it yesterday, but he is so passive early in the count with his swing. He just needs to let it rip

chitownsportsfan
QUOTE (fathom @ May 2, 2017 -> 10:38 PM) We were talking about it yesterday, but he is so passive early in the count with his swing. He just needs to let it rip he's too pre determined no doubt. Just go up looking fastball and dude if you don't see it don't swing. pitchers are grabbing too many early strikes on him just throwing him either junk or a fastball strike. chitownsportsfan
Sanchez is as heady on the defense as he is moronic on the basepaths. He's a natural infielder, really has no weakness, including just knowing where to go with the ball and where to be on bang bang plays. chitownsportsfan
QUOTE (Tony @ May 2, 2017 -> 10:43 PM) I was told Hahn made a huge mistake. Apparently the Sox' internal projections had them at 88 wins with Q, who knew
