Lip Man 1
Right elbow is sore again, put him on the DL in April. Other injury news from Hahn: * Rodon still throwing off a mound in Arizona. No word on possible return. * Putnam sees a doctor Wednesday. Could be cleared to resume throwing. Nothing on Shields or Petricka or Jones. winninguglyin83
Any word why Moncada did not play today?
caulfield12
Probably just a planned day off, with the early start after a night game....and just a "mental" game off, with him going hitless the last couple of games. I think he's sat out at least one other time in the early season, at least.
Sleepy Harold
Chicago White Sox @whitesox now Prior to tonight’s game, the #WhiteSox placed Geovany Soto on the 10-day DL (retroactive to May 8) & recalled C Kevan Smith from Charlotte.
ChiSoxFanMike
Soto is made of glass. Whatever. Smith is just a placeholder. Thank god for Zack Collins.
southsider2k5
The 10 day DL makes it so much easier to manage a roster.
Bob Sacamano
QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ May 10, 2017 -> 10:59 AM) The 10 day DL makes it so much easier to manage a roster. Agreed. In my fantasy league, I'm kind of kicking myself for not making our league with 5 DL spots instead of 3 since MLB teams will put guys on the 10-day dl more. I think he's sat out at least one other time in the early season, at least. He was 4-9 with a 3B, 2B, BB, K, and 2SB in the two games prior.
