caulfield12
Only four batters in the line-up tonight entering with an OPS over 615. Yikes. The anti-Astros/Reds. Edited May 17, 2017 by caulfield12

fathom
Anderson needs to stand closer to the plate. He can't do anything with pitches on outside corner. I'm sure Steverson will help

Nobody will want that guy. He's done. Why would a contender want him clogging up the roster?

Teams aren't dumb (unless you're Hahn last year). Holland's peripherals are awful. ERA looks good due to 11 unearned runs.
greg775
To the statniks ... Stoney just mentioned a pitcher was 7-0 and lauded a low ERA. Does that infuriate you? I thought wins and ERA meant NOTHING nowadays.

greg775
QUOTE (Joshua Strong @ May 17, 2017 -> 03:22 AM) If you think the Sox are bad now, just wait till next year Surely the Sox are gonna still get no hit a few times before the season is over. This is pretty much the worst everyday lineup I've ever seen. Renteria is already manager of the year for concocting as many wins as he has. Pitching will be worse but hitting should be better.

Management & ownership have conditioned us to handle bad during the past decade or so, if you haven't noticed.
