InTheDriversSeat
Mike Pelfrey has only allowed 2 earned runs in his last 3 starts. The Tampa Bay pitcher, Jacob Faria will be making his major league debut. Faria had a impressive 2017 win-loss record at AAA. Hopefully that won't be the case at the big league level. chitownsportsfan
Jose Abreu is one of the smartest situational hitters I've seen. Not nearly the most talented, but man he knows how to drive in runs.

chitownsportsfan
QUOTE (Scoots @ Jun 7, 2017 -> 07:19 PM) I have seen Abreu smile more this year than I have in his last 2 years he has been here combined. He was way more relaxed this spring as well compared to when I saw him his rookie year. That's a BS call to get Avi.

elrockinMT
We get a run thanks to Abreu but first pitch to first batter by Pelfrey darn bear ties it up. Anderson also shows his inexperience by blowing a fielding play we could have seen the runner out at third base
