The only clear sellers at this point are the Sox, A's, and Tigers - the Jays, O's, Rangers and Mariners all seem likely to wait it out, if they sell at all. But that's a huge contract, he's been crappy, and has had some health issues pop up. They're probably better off holding and trying to rebuild his value.
