I don't want them to rush any players development, but if he's working with a sub 2 ERA in AA after 8 starts, I don't think it would be the worst to see what he can do in AAA for the final month and a half. Given Stephens limited time in AA and the fact his peripherals are not conducive of his ERA it would be appropriate to keep him there longer.
