And yet the scouting report on Moncada, at least batting lefty, was that he kills fastballs.

 

4/41 is looking like a Robin Ventura line. Seems he is just being way too patient and invariably hitting in two strike counts, hence all the k's and a fair share of walks as well.

 

Meanwhile, Devers can go 0/32 and still be hitting .200.

 

 

One wonders how long they keep him switch hitting unless the RH results pick up...clearly faster getting down the line from LH side as well to pick up some infield hits.

Anderson playing like he hopes this is the last week of the season.

 

Threatening to go under the dreaded 600 ops line. Has no plan up there, Harrelson mentioned it last night when he should have been trying to move both runners over, continues to pull everything to left side on the ground.

Readings numerous articles, he's understandably in a horrible place off the field. You are seeing it impact him on the field as well with his short fuse. He just needs to stay healthy and try to recover mentally during the offseason.
