I doubted this was real for much of the season, but it's almost September. I assume any return in a trade wouldn't amount to much more than long-shots and lottery tickets. Hold on to this guy. What is there to lose? He could actually be a key part of this team/veteran presence along with Abreu (assuming he sticks around) going forward.
