BlackSox13
Holy s***. Heads up base running by Frazier. 5-2 Yanks and still batting.
BlackSox13
QUOTE (iWin4Ron @ Oct 11, 2017 -> 10:27 PM) Everyone I talked with mentioned the Indians advancing to the World Series. They won 21+ (??) games in a row and were the hottest team. The Yankees are great for sure, but man, this is crazy! I had the Indians pegged for the WS and winning it. That's baseball and I love it. Always a surprise.
Rowand44
That epic ab + the lazy ass defense by Cleveland is one way to(possibly) put the final nail in the Indians coffin.
BlackSox13
What was EE looking for in that ab?

BlackSox13
Yankees and Astros series should be a blast to watch.
iWiN4PreP
I can really see the Yanks going all the way... crazy... this game and the bullpen is so important these days.
jenksycat
Yankees Timeline: -Trade 2 relievers in a lost season for for 2 top prospects (neither of which even played in the series) -Resign 1 of those relievers anyway -Trade for 2 more shutdown relievers -Beat the other reliever you traded last year and move on to the ALCS after a 6 month rebuild I hate it

TheTruth05
Any time an ALC team gets eliminated from the playoffs is a good time. Hope the Yanks take care of the Astros too.

Dick Allen
So the Indians choke a 3-1 lead in the WS and the next year blow a 2-0 lead in the division series. They may be more cursed than the Cubs.

bmags
I think I might be more disturbed in helping the yankees win a WS than the Cubs. Now Rutherford better pan the eff out.
witesoxfan
I see the Yankees winning it all.

They may be more cursed than the Cubs. The Indians have now lost 6 straight playoff series-clinching victories. That's really, really bad. OmarComing25
I read they're 3-17 in their last 20 playoff closeout games, that's really bad. I'm still kind of annoyed at them for helping cause all the nonsense last year so good riddance.

Rowand44
I've never been a Yankees hater so I don't care that the Sox helped them out. That said, that was the one trade Rick has made in the last year and half that seemed a bit light to me from the beginning. Hopefully Blake takes a huge step forward in his development next year. greg775
Terrible ending to the season for the Indians. They were so hot in that one stretch this has to be considered a very classic fail. Even with their great skipper he has to feel really really low at this point.
