iamshack
QUOTE (KagakuOtoko @ Feb 1, 2018 -> 08:40 AM) I personally haven't hosted but I had a friend who did for a while. Do you have a bunch of rental properties? I was considering hosting at my primary property in midtown Vegas. It would be perfect for airbnb, but would have to make a few additions. Looks like the local regulations would require me to obtain a special use permit if I wanted to do it on the up and up.

bigruss
Not sure how close you are to the strip, I would imagine the market would be fairly strong though. And you should miss most of the riffraff of those looking to host parties at their accommodations. I've booked an "airbnb" on the strip before, it technically was at MGM Signature and it was an awesome experience (full hotel service but cheaper). Not sure if those properties are reasonably priced for the returns you could get from renting them out but if it is that sounds like a good idea. Texsox
There is a facebook group for hosts. I'm not certain if they accept people considering hosting. Have you considered any of the Dog bnb?
