Yes, but this implies that the current Mets team has too many 1B and he is blocked. The White Sox can't say that in the OF.

iWiN4PreP
It's simply amazing to me that with all the moves that the Dodgers made, they are still 2.5 games away from a playoff spot. The NL is so deep. Phillies are 4 GB from the wild card. Rockies 3 GB. Just amazing how many good teams in the NL.

I haven't read anyone say the Sox have too many OF that Jimenez is blocked. That report said the Mets have too many 1B currently.
flavum
Dbacks and Dodgers in the 9th inning, but there is currently a 3-way tie in the NL West with 26 games left. Once in a while there’s a decent division race. This could be a good one. (Dodgers win, and they the easiest remaining schedule. Dbacks have the toughest.) zenryan
Might be the beginning of the end for Arizona. Brutal series.
Lip Man 1
Speaking of Dodgers, don't know if anyone saw this. There was a tweet out over the weekend that I caught where Machado said he'd be willing to move back to 3rd base next year depending on the needs of the team he signs with. Dick Allen
A fan was kicked out of the stadium in Houston for having a sign with a domestic abuse hotline phone number on it. Don’t want to make your wifebeater closer uncomfortable.

The popular opinion is his splitter is what is causing his elbow issues. Maybe he ditches it when he is able to pitch again. And now maybe we see why he jumped to the US even though he wouldn't get paid. He probably figured this was around the corner and would have suppressed his contract anyway.
