Need to know what he said as well, Stone has been going extra hard on Sox young pitchers this season.

They showed Hicks hit 105. He said don't let Kopech see that, and I missed the rest but believe he was saying Kopech would try to top that

He did tell the paper the other day that a lot of hard throwers like Kopech flame out, and until he learns to throw it to the catcher and not through him, he may not dominate the MLB how he has every other level.

I think if they do their own network, they're going to be very disappointed in the results.

Even the Yankees and Dodgers have struggled with not being able to get their network on to the various carriers.  With the Cubs ditching comcast/NBC, I can't imagine them being excited to not only lose them, but to have to pay network fees to keep them on tv.

Only if it is the Cubs.

You're right, Manny or Harper would surely want to sign with the WSox over the Cubs if price is equal. Hell, people on here talked about Castillo being enough to get Manny to want to sign here when both Manny and Bryce literally have their childhood close friend on the Cubs.

Who is Manny’s childhood friend?

This is the exact thing that put the White Sox in the current fanbase deficit they're currently in. If the Cubs do decide to do their own network, I say the White Sox do as much as possible to make their games accessible for free to most of Chicago. Hopefully the same effect will happen.

Did Renteria outsmart himself when he yanked Castillo for Narvaez? Omar is a lefty .180 hitter facing the LH pitcher

He pulled Castillo for not running, had nothing to do with any matchup.
