EDIT: was right about the "couple years ago" as it was in '15, but didn't realize/remember he was on the '17 team too with Eloy and Moncada. Or is there some kind of financial obligation or roster fill requirement that teams need to satisfy for a short period of time, or something like that? The reason guys like him bounce around a lot is because teams think they can sneak him through waivers without getting claimed and the player ends up getting claimed.
