Still alot of bad hockey players we got, but can't say the stars (Toews and Kane) haven't shown up to start. That kid Jokiharju is gonna be a stud. Just a fantastic looking young defenseman at only 19!! Wait until Adam Boqvist comes up next year. He's better than Joki. Oh I've liked him since the draft on here. I know how good he's going to be.
Wanne
geezus christ...granted it's still a point...but to give up a shorthanded goal in the last minute to tie and lose in OT. That's the epitome of snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.
SoxAce
That DeBrincat - Toews - Kahun line is fun to watch... And our defense is still a dumpster fire. Ward played great and we still lost.

ChiliIrishHammock24
Ward needs to keep his damn stick down when he goes from side to side. That was an easy 5-hole goal. Just sick to see the Wild score with 2 seconds left in the 2nd, 20 seconds left in the 3rd while short-handed, and then steal away the win in OT. Ugh. SoxAce
1,000th game for one of the greatest Blackhawk players in Duncan Keith. What a career, what a player.
Insp
Why does it always seem that the Blackhawks get the lead early in the game and then get complacent, allowing the other team to get back in the game and make a comeback?
SoxAce
DeBrincat is a stud. Props to the Hawks scout who recommended him and thank the other scouts on other teams who thought he was too small.

Jose Abreu
DeBrincat and Schamltz are two really nice young players to build around.

That trade shakes confidence in Bowman. If Saad has trouble getting motivated seems like something that would get around and due diligence would've caught. Noticing Keith not hesitating to shoot as much as he did last year and much better presence in front of the net offensively.( team not Keith) Edited October 14, 2018 by CaliSoxFanViaSWside add content in parentheses

joejoedairy
Its crazy that the hawks have had 5 overtime games and yet none have gone to shootout.
Wanne
Charlie Roumeliotis Verified account @CRoumeliotis Joel Quenneville said Brandon Saad “could” be a healthy scratch Thursday vs. Arizona but will take a few days to evaluate: “Whether it’s a message, we just expect more.” #Blackhawks pffffft.....wow. That trade just keeps getting worse and worse....
