southsider2k5
I would be curious how people would rank the kids we have signed from the 2018 draft. Obviously Madrigal is #1, but how does it look after that? Really curious about how Bryce Bush fits in with much higher picks.
ShandyMan
Crazy that not too long ago, Bush may have been a top 10-15 in our system. I think you can put him near the back end of top 30 based on potential, but no higher since he’s raw
Y2Jimmy0
Well according to the Baseball America BA500 it looks like this: #3 Nick Madrigal SS #32 Steele Walker OF #60 Konnor Pilkington LHP #116 Isaiah Carranza RHP #119 Davis Martin RHP (Currently Unsigned) #125 Jonathan Stiever RHP #175 Jason Bilous RHP #233 Andrew Perez LHP #243 Tyrus Greene C #298 Codi Heuer RHP #367 Lency Delgado SS #393 Cabera Weaver OF #402 Bryce Bush 3B
bmags
Wow, crazy that Bush signed. Though tbh if I had to pick between Martin and Bush I"d have picked Martin. Exciting though, with him being a Michigan prospect, there may be a bit of underscouting to him. Love when plus bat speed is in the equation, if he can work through what has been called an unorthodox swing from BA, there may be tremendous value here. edit: redundancy

Matt Powers, who covers the Braves organization, said on twitter he ranked Bush the 11th best 3B in the draft. He said huge get for the White Sox at that point in signing him. Big power potential. I would assume that changes since they might've believed he was a long shot.
ChiSoxJon
Has to be the deepest Sox class in a long, long time...although their past 3 drafts really have been a great sight
