Basically, we've come to agreement with The Loop Sports to avoid competing coverage (TLS will point to us for minors/farm content, we will help market their MLB content here and there), and to share writers. The writer sharing is already happening anyway. This just also makes sure we aren't stepping on each other's content. More details here if you'd like to read further on it.
