There are 3 guys in starting lineup Sox could have easily obtained if a few things went their way (Luzardo was supposed to be in DRob trade with Nats, Tatis Jr. and then Adell or Hiura if they slipped one spot in the draft. Yeah, he was 98 pretty easily and he didn't even really have time to get up to top speed because he only threw 8 pitches and a decent number were curves.
