Yep, being one of the top 20 players in the NBA when your 40 is really embarrasing yourself. Agreed. They said he would come back in the role of distributor of the ball........Mj could still do that through the triangle, trust me. MJ is still a very good roleplayer. I'd take him over Pippen any day of teh week and I still think Pip is a quality role player. MJ is the man. At 40 years old he can still do many impressive things and he is a heck of a passer. Lets not forget how he busted his ass off down the stretch when the rest of the Wizards just sat their.

Wanted full control of Bulls management if he was to come in for an office job, I guess that we were just supposed to believe that since he was the greatest player of all time, that must also mean he is a management expert and deserves such a position. Flash Tizzle
Matthew Shepard was savagely beaten five years ago tonight because he was gay. He died six days later, on 12 October 1998. Has anyone heard a rumor that this guy was really killed because of a drug deal gone wrong and his parents said he was gay as an excuse( Dont know why, so dont start complaining yet). Last year in my psychology class our teacher was discussing this case and said some people in Wyoming believe that. I was curious to see if anyone heard of this angle...... Interesting story though. I just remember hearing about this story a long time ago and haven't really thought much about it since. Its sad when anyone dies and this guy was beaten up brutally. Still their are plenty of other people out their that have died horrible deaths, maybe more horrible then this one that never get mentioned. Personally I try to focus more on the good in the world. IF you watched the news everyday you'd always see about how bad people are, etc. Yet on the most part people I meet everyday are good people. Traded a youthful Rip Ham for and old Stackhouse, and didnt do much for Kwame and the other youngsters. The team may be even worse now than it was before he started out there. Not just that he left the team, but what he did to the crdibilty of Krase and the organization was a big blow. It almost sickened me that Jordan was given a 5 minute applause when he returned to the UC. THEN, when they started the Bulls lineup and the f***ing idiot fans BOOED??? Class... to think they are cheering the guy who was partly responsible for the peice of sit team that the Bulls were putting out after he left. What some people will believe.... SuperSteve
you best be very glad that God is merciful because the hatred that is you will need a very loving God in your time of need Everyone must be glad God is a forgiving person. You bring up that God is a forgiving person in a thread on homosexuality. I do agree with BMR on the fact that they rather over do they whole Matthew Shepherd thing, and why is one man's life worth more than another. Correct me if I am wrong, but is homosexual acts not against the Catholic religion? All I learned in my Catholic education was that it is. Homosexuality is not wrong, just the acts are. Shepherd had been intending to go perfrom acts. I in no way condone what happen to him, that is a very bad story. But, Shepherd, like all of us, was a sinner. Look at Sodom and Gamorah. I do believe that the extent homosexuality is being taken to now is wrong. I in no way feel same sex marriages should occur. If a person is a homosexual, fine, but do not act on it. I learned about all of the arguments on both side, and I have never understood how a homosexual is born like that. I also hate how people arguing the point always ask 'where you born straight.' I just find that ignorant. If one of my friends came out and told me he or she was a homosexual, it honestly would take a little bit of time to get used to the fact. I know not a single homosexual person, atleast no one who has ever come out.
