No Coaching Changes?

At the end of the season, there was a general consensus at least here on SoxTalk that at the very least both the manager and the hitting coach had to go.  Its been over a month since then and there have been no coaching changes.  Does this mean that the Sox intend to go into the new season with the same failed coaching staff as last season?

Since when has their ever been a consensus on anything at Soxtalk?

I will say for how each player performed, and with many, how they were supposed to perform or improve, it is hard to imagine how everyone did a satisfactory  job. I get they are in the middle of a rebuild, but there has to be some sense of urgency. Another sideways year of developing in 2019 could bring this entire rebuild down. To not have the best you can have in place to hopefully help them get better would be a mistake.
