bmags
I still think the CJ Mosely contract is the worst of the offseason, personally. One other thing is it feels like I know a lot of nfl players but then the free agency starts and its all inside linebackers and o lineman and I keep doublechecking if the cardinals signing jordan hicks is a baseball signing or football. GoSox05
That probably means Mark Ingram is signing somewhere else.

It's a lot. Edited March 12, 2019 by GoSox05
Chisoxfn
I don't really like the Bears moving all this cap space related to Mack to make "marginal" moves. My presumption is they are going to do something big here. If it is for Mike Davis and the new nickle, that is more meh to me. Will be interesting to see what they do. I'm presuming they are going to land Bell or Ingram (and no that isn't a move I would have made).
Chisoxfn
How much did Amos end up getting paid?
bmags
I think the ability of nfl players to get more leverage on guaranteed money at least means we may likely have smooth cba negotiations in future.

Still he's a very durable quality safety so not a bad move for the Packers. Lot of up-front guaranteed money. Bears are going to go short on Earl Thomas. GoSox05
Woah. Jets could now throw big money at Bell if they want to.

I would prefer him for the Bears as opposed to Bell for the next few years when considering the probable contracts. He would thrive in Nagy's system. GoSox05
Bell is the better back, but will probably require a big per year deal and will probably a lot more guaranteed money. Ingram would probably be more short term.
GoSox05
The people who make up fake NFL accounts on Twitter to report fake deals should be banned from the internet for life. Edited March 12, 2019 by GoSox05

Chisoxfn
Some speculation Bears might be investing in a wideout vs. running back with the newly freed up cap space. Are there any vets out there or on the block who are shorter-term deals that would be big pick-ups?

Steve9347
I don't want this to happen, but listening to the team's feedback and the smoke signals being sent out - OBJ may be in play.
GoSox05
It's probably going to cost two first round picks for OBJ. Also, unless you are a Giants fan. Why would you not want that to happen. I know it would cost a lot, but OBJ is a superstar. Edited March 12, 2019 by GoSox05
