Driveline ranks the Sox as the least effective org at developing players

Was posted in futuresox, but I think this belongs here. It shows their estimates from 2012 to 2019. It's just painful see what most of us have known (maybe not the worst, but very bad) and knowing the guys running the place have their jobs until they choose otherwise.
