My impression on Tilson's personality is that he doesn't appear to be the type to be able to "take charge" when needed, as a CF must do a few times a game. For these reasons I'll actually give renteria a pass on this defensive alignment; I'll agree, however, that in a vacuum, Tilson is probably the better defender, while Garcia likely has the better arm.
