Chisoxfn
Far from over but they are looking so much better. Big thing is the ground game is actually working. Julius Jones is looking like the stud of a back he should be.
IlliniKrush
ND looked solid tonight, Jones was a horse and we rode em for every thing we could. Two of the next three don't look good though.
Chisoxfn
Jones looked awesome. give him the ball and give it to him often. Grant is good too, the only thing is both are similar runners. It would be cool if ND had like a chnage of pace back, but either way those two can beat up a team. If the line plays like it did tonight then I think things are going to be getting better. Quinn didn't look too great, but some of those calls were so stupid. He seems to throw the ball high at times.
IlliniKrush
Definitely rears back and fires the ball high on short routes way too often. A little to anxious i think.

Still its so cool to have a qb that can do it. From Ron Powlus to the 3 some of qb's and then Holliday who came out of that and now to Quinn. Its the first real qb ND has had in some time
Gene Honda Civic
I think ND may have proved how week the Big East is. I know there is Miami and Virgina Tech, but the rest of the league is a joke. Conneticut is going to join them next year, they're still d-1AAthi year, and i can guarentee they wont finish last next year.
witesoxfan
Just curious here....does anybody think that Notre Dame could possibly join the Big East now? I mean, they keep themselves in the Big East in basketball then, and they actually finally join a conference. Or do they keep their Independant status? Also....how many MAC and C-USA teams will join the Big East now? I mean, the Big East will only have like 5 teams next year(assuming BC leaves after this year), that's not a big number of teams....they have to add some teams. Just me thinking out loud I guess. If their football team wants to join a conference I think the big 10 is the only one that makes sense. Why would you want to always be travelling out to the east coast when you don't have to and such.
