joejoedairy
I'm thinking Cease debuts in the bigs July 2nd now after his last start and the way the schedule is set up.

Expand They are on the road for 10 games following the all star break. They usually like to debut these guys at home, which I'm a fan of. The Kopech game last year was electric. The Moncada game the year before was fun but the standing O for drawing a walk was kinda funny.

soxfan49
There's a double header vs DET on 7/3. If he were to throw that day, they could realign the rotation after the ASB and then he could pitch- if they're creative enough- against the Royals, Marlins, and Mets (as opposed to the Rays and Twins). That would somewhat ease the toughness of the opponent initially.

For his MLB debut, I think the organization will want to give him his own night, not be part of a double header.

DirtySox
First time I've seen Collins at 1st, but I feel he should have had a play on the RBI single in his direction.
