Chisoxfn
If its true and they hit him because the groundskeeper is a fan and cheered the doubleplay then may they got in prison and enjoy their suspension. Thats trash to nail him with cleats and whatever else they did.

And the RedSox will too...they'll get to face a 23 man roster cause I am sure those two players would each get 5 day suspensions at a minimum, plus whatever criminal charges they receive. CaliSoxFan
if suspensions are laid out, they probably won't occur until next season. Wasn't there an incident a few years ago, and the league insituted the suspension the next year?

Rex Hudler
They're not going to suspend anybody in the playoffs, especially for that incident. all you have is a bunch of "He Said, She Said". The Boston police can do what they want, but MLB isn't going to suspend two Yankees players.
Dick Allen
What was a Red Sox groundskeeper doing in the Yankee's bullpen?
Al Lopez Ghost (old)
if suspensions are laid out, they probably won't occur until next season. Wasn't there an incident a few years ago, and the league insituted the suspension the next year? Wasn't Robbie Alomar's ump-spitting thing in the playoffs? He was suspended at the start of the next season, I think. Nothing will happen to these Yankee players until the offseason.

Rex Hudler
Keeping grounds. LOL Unfortunately, he should have been keeping grounds and keeping his mouth shut and minding his own business.
Texsox
Even if they tried for a suspension today, automatic appeals would hold it off until next season. Do you think they were feeling the pressure? A little high strung?
