jasonxctf
Was interested in seeing what you guys think about the Win Potential for the 2003 Sox. My guess is that it will take 90 victories to win the central. Seeing that, the Sox would need Buehrle-20 Wins Garland- 15 Wins Wright- 15 Wins Ritchie- 12 Wins Biddle- 10 Wins Osuna- 3 Wins Koch- 3 Wins Wuensch- 3 Wins Marte- 2 Wins Ginter- 3 Wins Glover- 4 Wins Thoughts/Comments?? mac9001
5 starters in double digit wins, that's kinda hard to do.

(wasn't offered arb) I think it'll shape up like this Buehrle - 19 or 20 wins Garland - 15 16 or 17 wins Wright - 10 11 12 or 13 wins Rauch - 8 9 or 10 wins (although it could be like 15 if he's feelin it) Bidlle- 6 7 or 8 wins

Guest hotsoxchick1
i guess ill just be happy if we end up over .500 ball ........i would be even happier if we dont end up holding hands with kc in the cellar.........
mac9001
KC wont be all that bad, DET and the Tribe will be way worse.
Guest hotsoxchick1
tribe always finds a way to keep after us though.....they may suck on paper but geez us they never give us a break on the field.......as for kc and detroit i would say its pretty even there ...they both suck when it comes to playing outside our division, but each always finds a way to kick our asses........ mac9001
Actually last year, the Sox's were doing all the KC/DET ass kicking:D

greg775
It is a disgrace we don't pound KC into the ground more. KC will be horrific next year ... again.
Guest hotsoxchick1
ok last season against kc we were 11-8 and 12-7 against detroit... 9-10 against the tribe and 8-11 against minnysoda.....hardly a stellar performance there...............if kc and detroit and cleveland suck so much this season like they did last season we are in a bit of trouble here without any decient pitching......... YASNY
If you remember, the period after the AS break was supposed to be the "soft" part of the schedule, when we were going to make up some ground. Games were against KC, Det, Bal, Cleve .... and we just played horrible baseball. It was all over but the crying after that.

We took the bread of the sandwich, but the Tigers ran away with the meat, cheese, and condiments!!!

After that strecth it was known that the Sox were out of the race and would dump payroll and start playing the young guys.
