Could feel that grand slam coming after the second walk of the inning. If that's the case, if you can just coolly and dispassionately watch a game like Benetti, well then there’s almost no point in having a favorite team unless they’re competitive. Anderson, Moncada, and Jimenez have all proved to be good or great players despite mediocre starts. If they had begun their careers on fire (minus Eloy since he had no bearing on the next part) then the Sox wouldn't have Madrigal and Vaughn most likely. Buehrle was very effective from the minute he joined the bullpen and gradually forced his way into the rotation. Kip Wells was very impressive his rookie season.
