Chisoxfn
Set up a new garbage disposal this weekend. Probably not a large feat for most - but I was pretty proud of my basic accomplishment there. I've now redone some electrical and redid my kitchen sink + fixed leaky garbage disposal.

Played around with a few ideas, but I think this may be the way to go. Don't want to drill into the siding, so starting with this little piece that seems to have good reviews: https://sidingsaver.ca/collections/single-brackets/products/siding-saver-satellite-bracket-10 Then going with a very affordable mount, which I like because it has the quick release button where the TV can be removed very easily. https://www.amazon.com/Mount-Articulating-Displays-Capacity-Extension/dp/B01DAMSTNO My plan is take the TV in with me once I'm done with it, as I don't want it getting stolen or damaged, so I need to be compact, while also having limited cord hookups. Which led me to the TCL Roku TV's, everything is built in, all I would have to do is plug the TV in, which I have an outlet outside ready to go for that. https://www.amazon.com/TCL-32S325-Inch-720p-Smart/dp/B07G9XZ83W Not going for high performance or the slickest setup, trying to do something on the real cheap but will "work" when I want to sit outside next summer and enjoy a Sox game or a movie at night. Figure all in I'm looking at around $200, which seems very affordable all things considered. Yep, I like the idea of a RokuTV with the streaming capability built in. You could also look for wireless HDMI dongles or something of the like so you would have full access to your satellite/cable if you have it without the wires. Texsox
So I have a 100 watt solar panel and extra deep cycle 12v battery I used occasionally with my RV. I decided to hook it up in my backyard and power some 12v landscaping lights and a light in my shed. So far so good. I found a cheap controller on Amazon that has terminals to add a load plus a dusk timer. I'm having fun learning about electricity and solar charging.
