greg775
That was a strike by rule BTW. Letter high. I realize they don't call it, though.
Ducksnort
I will still never understand how a pitcher, who is paid hundreds of thousands of dollars or even millions to pitch a baseball, can't throw a ball over the plate when needed most. Yep let fans tell it, losses are always great and players don't get upset with being losers. They love to tank. Good players hate losing games they should win, even if it is for the better good. Pitching staff needs a lot of work for this team to reach .500 next season. Is Coop the man to ask for what he needs and fix some current guys? Not sure what year the tank mentality started, but it used to be win or die trying every night.

Front office needs to field an actual team next year. I still have faith in them, unlike a lot of people hear and I understand why, but this game right here shows why they need to make the moves necessary to make a winning team next year. THE GOOD PLAYERS DESERVE BETTER. Go out and get some pitchers who can actually PITCH. Edited September 16, 2019 by ScooterMcGee

BackDoorBreach
Moncada and Eloy are continuing to hit the ball, that's what you take away from this. Hector Santiago giving up 3 doesn't matter.
