Replacing the Despaigne/Covey/Santana/Detwiler hydra of doom with wheeler is, what, a 6-7 win improvement?

Lets just hope this is the last year in at least half a decade where we straight up run out of starting pitchers.

That makes sense without even using WAR/advanced stats. Say Wheeler makes around 30 starts and we win about 18 of those games (rough estimate). How many of the starts by those four guys did we win last year?  Around 11 or 12?  Sounds about right.

what I mean that the sox are the one who offered.  Just gut feeling becuase that is how they operate.

there not going more than 100 on  a pitcher. Pressuring him to sign.  agent uses media as leverage.

no fake tweets here just offering subtle opinion

For a Pitcher  :o

Your 2019-2020 off season Chicago White Sox...Whaaaat??!!??

I don't see the Reds going that high.  Their staff is already pretty good and they need SS and an OF still.

I can.

I agree with the logic too. Wheeler is a better pitching acquisition than Didi or Castellanos are hitting acquisitions.

THOUGH, castellanos at cinci's stadium is some whiplash.
