GradMc
The key to this pitching staff is still Rey Rey Lopez.

His plate patience is sick and his triumphant return to AAA has me thinking his bat could be pretty good.

EvilJester99
So who goes to the pen when Kopech comes back?? I’m assuming Rey.. which may be the best place for him.
Moan4Yoan
If Price meant Benintendi, it would’ve been fine. But I guess we will see if that happens.

He's gonna see alot of groundballs with Keuchel. And Abreu... well... let's hope he isn't too much of a liability.
Harold's Leg Lift
This is good. When Kopech and Rodon are ready Gonzalez and Lopez can go to the pen.

ChiSox59
I said anything 3/$55M or less and I’d be pleased. I am in fact pleased. This is a nice signing and hopefully we can get solid mid rotation work out of him for at least 2020-2021. Nice deal Sox!
black jack
I like the move. Seems like soft tossing lefties always last well into their 30's. We're going to win the central next year.

Good job RH.
Moan4Yoan
Merkin says the Sox are still going to add one reliever and one bat so it’s likely going to happen.
flavum
Nice signing! Have to be over 81-81 with this roster and division.

GradMc
I believe the Sox are going to shock me on the level of a Mookie Betts type deal. Nothing they've done yet is going to get those phones ringing in the ticket office. Reinsdorf is going to have to do more than provide the base with the allure of a green oasis where there's only sand. TheFutureIsNear
Hopefully the 4th year isn’t an easily obtainable vesting option, but happy with 3/55. The staff is now complete...let’s not stop with RF. I can live with a Mazara/McCann platoon at DH.

Well now that they broke the silence with Boras, let's do one more with him and sign Castellanos. If Nick is fine being a primary DH, but can play RF when the Sox face lefties (then Grandal can DH and McCann catch on those days).
chw42
I'm ok with this. At least we spent the money. Keuchel is probably a 2 or 3 win pitcher for the next few years and he will probably be worth his contract for the most part
Heads22
Grandal would probably be the main guy catching him as well, which should help him steal strikes.
