Boston is in worse shape after this trade and they barely made the playoffs last year, and now you think they are going to win the EAST? That makes absolutely no sense and shows a lack of common sense.

Barely made the playoffs and WHOOPED the Pacers' ass. :headbang

I don't know enough about the NBA to make some good predictions.

However, I will say three things.

1.) The Bulls will be a very dangerous team this year. The depth is there, and they could be one of the teams that will surprise other teams. I could easily see the Bulls making the playoffs as a #6 or #7 seed and then going as far as the conference championships or even the NBA Finals(if they got hot and were coached well enough, that is). That depth could prove vital to them down the stretch.

2.) Watch out of the TWolves. They could easily be one of the better teams in the NBA. If everything gels, I have no doubt that they could take down even the Spurs or Lakers. I look for them to finally win their first playoff series ever.

3.) The Lakers are overrated and overhyped quite a bit. They signed two veterans....big f***ing deal. They still don't have a whole hell of a lot of depth on that team, and if Shaq is hurt for a little while at any time, they could be in a world of hurt. They are better then last year....but the Spurs are better then they were last year too, as are the TWolves and Kings as well. The only team that really did not improve a whole hell of a lot are the Mavs, and that's mainly because they focused more on becoming an all-scoring, no-defense kind of team. You could almost undoubtedly see some 125-124 games between the Mavs and their opponents this year.

Anyways, I better give atleast one prediction.

My one prediction....TWolves do win their first ever playoff series this year.

Nope, but I heard they played like s***.

That's fine. The Sox opened up like s*** too....and they finished somewhere around .500. However, they showed signs of dominance at times. I expect the Bulls to do the exact same thing. Difference being, .500 can get you a decent seed in the NBA....a .500 winning percentage in baseball gets you a front row seat to the playoffs, sitting on your ass at home watching on TV.
