I don't know that the number exists, but it feels like he throws ball 1 way too often, and works in from behind, which makes him more vulnerable than he should be. I also think he doesn't yet have the ability to spot his pitches, which is also hurting him. The stuff is there, but he is still really young and learning how to be a pitcher instead of a thrower.
