Yea, and in the right field conversation we’ve got heavy connections to the international market as well. Things are bringer than I can remember since 2004 and surprisingly, one could argue easily that this era surpasses that.
Soxfest
I’m absolutely shocked by this with service time issues in the past
CWSpalehoseCWS
Very interesting move. If he can come in an immediately make an impact like Foster and Heuer have then this bullpen should be very legit, especially if Bummer can return. I know we generally view him as a starter for the long term, but he could be the Sox version of Hader and give them long, shutdown relief. And as noted with pitchers it's not as big of a deal.

caulfield12
What’s the latest on Burdi? Would be nice to get him turned around, but probably too late to be able to trust him this year. Like the aggressiveness. Pitching is such a crapshoot, shelf life is always an unknown, see Rodon, Carlos. Or just look back at that projected NYM 2014-15 pitching dynasty for another example. I expect two 1 year deals with Joc and Q. Neither will want to bind themselves to long term deals after their 2020 issues and the Sox will like the flexibility of one year deals. Add one veteran reliever to replace Colome and that’s your offseason. That means goodbye James McCann...you’re a hell of a catcher, but spending close to $30M on the catcher position is insane. Giolito Bauer (if he chooses to stay) Kopech DK Dunning/Crochet I see no place for Cease on this team other than a major injury. He is trade FUEL. And you totally forgot about Stiever.
