Southwest Sider
That tweet by DVS makes me feel optimistic about our playoff bullpen. Those are all some nice arms. There should honestly be almost zero reason to use Rodon, Gonzalez, or Fry. Gio and DK can go 6-7 innings hopefully and give way to any of those Bummer, Foster, Heuer, Marshall, Crochet and Colome. Maybe in a game 3 I could see trying out Rodon if Dunning or Cease falter. But definitely not Gonzalez.... and Rodon's leash should be short if so. Many of the top 6 arms are capable of giving us 2 innings, so they should be leaned on and if we die in battle with them... so be it. Should the worst happen and Gio/DK get yanked early... all bets are off. Fire Ricky if the bullpen management doesn't go somewhat like this, IMO. EloyJenkins
What, no more Cishek, Ruiz, Detwiler, Flores, Hamilton, Gonzalez or Rodon? How is Ricky going to screw this up without all these situational options to explore?
Blackout Friday
Shit. Who’s gonna be our RH setup man? Huge loss.

ChiSox59
Didn’t mention it here because I’ve been tied up but still surprised to see Sox cut bait on Hamilton. Like his arm a lot and his injuries have been mostly od the freak variety. Think he’ll turn into a very solid mlb reliever.
gusguyman
2/3 of our horrible losses to CLE came because we had dudes on the mound in critical situations who were not even on the roster 3 days later.
