G7 is just putting on his sock puppet to toss in a load of hyperbole with a sprinkle of sarcasm.

Best of luck there in Kansas. Them farmers are going to be rioting when they feel marginalized, without a voice, no power or even access to power, and the whole country against them. Then if a police officer or two gets a little nervous and scared in the face of a farmer the police may shoot one or two of them then it will be hell in Kansas. But  you already know that which is why you are crying out for some help.

I'm humbled that G7 is looking to old Tex for some help when the chips are down. Ironically my keyboard keeps wanting to type cops when I was swiping chips. Whoo-e that's scary ain't it?

Now I might be changing my opinion from an earlier post but a Smith & Wesson M&P 9 would be a great choice. You better hurry down to a gun store because Biden will take away everyone's right to a little iron. And get yourself plenty of ammo because it's going to be in very short supply.

You're also going to need fortification on your home. Personally a backyard bunker makes the most sense but bulletproof glass or brick in your windows is a great start. Then a sealed off panic room somewhere inside. Make certain no radio waves or wifi signal can get in or out for extra security. And get yourself a haircut before going in, it could be a long time.

And don't forget food. Biden's socialist agenda will cause massive food shortages. For single guys I'm a big fan of charro beans and Tabasco for survival food. Pro tip, have enough tp on hand with that diet.

Keep your head down, don't be a hero.

I don’t think that at all. But picking some of the easy fruit from his own website, he wants M4A (incl elimination of current debt), college for all (incl elimination of current debt), housing for all, free childcare and pre-K for all, high speed internet for all, banking for all, and jobs for all. Setting aside that his wealth tax is unjust and wouldn’t stand up in court, this all costs money. I put my financial situation into a tax calculator before the election in 2016 and it informed me that Trump would lower my bill by about $100 a month (which proved accurate), Hillary would raise it by about the same, and Bernie would raise it about $1,000. My wife and I are middle class. I’m fine with a limited welfare state, I’m fine with Hillary-level tax hikes to prevent suffering, but Bernie is over the top, even if it’s not Stalinism.

Just FYI, the Trump tax bill raised your taxes. It just waits for 2021 to kick in. By 2024 it will have gone up a few hundred a year from where it was in 2017. That bill was a huge middle and lower class tax increase, they used it to offset the top level tax cuts. For some reason they just delayed the increase until after the election.

PA at 18,000 lead for Trump with 97% reporting...

but it’s all over if AZ, NV and GA hold up.

Pennsylvania will be officially called for Biden later today and that will end this. The others will correctly take days to be more certain. If Pa had these vote totals on Tuesday it would have already been called for Biden, but no one wants to do that yet because it makes him president-elect.

Steven Bannon should spend some time in jail for saying this shit.  What a horrible fucking person.

Yet millions of Americans believe him. Millions. I can't wrap my head around that.

I am understanding personal economy and personal security motivated voters.

Dems are offering long term, multigenerational changes to cure a long term, multigenerational problem that ultimately result in less riots and greater security. The GOP offers the National Guard to protect you right now. Both should happen, not one or the other. Americans should be secure in their homes and businesses.

High income folks love playing with their money and when tax cuts happen there's more to play with. Folks that are land rich but cash poor also enjoy only paying for the government they use. It doesn't matter the unemployment rate if you're the one unemployed.

The Texas economy for example hums along on Texas Tea. Sure we have solar and wind but oil smooths the gears. Why vote for your own economic ruin? Personal economies are bigger than national or international when it's one voter.

He's going to be spending time in jail for some other shit as he is out on bond right now, after being arrested living on some Chinese billionaire's yacht. Of course HE was trying to spread info that Biden was in cahoots with China.

But just a despicable person. The sad thing is he is really smart. What a waste.

Yep, I think when Biden officially has one more vote than Trump there every network calls it.

PA could very likely be called today, NV should be called today, and GA could also be called.  AZ won't matter, but there's still a chance for Biden to win there, too.  If he takes all four, the elections ends up not being that close.  Biden would have 306 electoral votes.  Even without AZ, he's at 295.  Again, had some states, especially PA, been allowed to count mail-in votes early, this could have been called Tuesday night.

Which network will be the first to call the race? I'm betting on Fox News.

I'm not taking that bet, I think they would enjoy delivering that news after he turned on them over the last month

You should check out Stephanie Kelton, and Modern Monetary Theory

To put forward free public college, universal healthcare, and the other policies Sanders advocates, your taxes don't necessarily have to be jacked up.  Yes, they would increase somewhat.  But the deficit hawks would like you to believe that it's impossible without jacking everyone's taxes up another 25% and it just isn't factually true

I'd love to go into this more with you if you would like, but if you have any spare time I would highly encourage you and anyone else interested in this to check out this video (I have other interviews she has done bookmarked but I'm tired and I'll post them tomorrow lol)

I watched up to the Q&A, with very limited use of the fast forward button. I got four hours of sleep and am generally a much better reader than a listener, so I shamelessly hope that my effort is appreciated. I myself appreciate you sharing it with me.

It’s...interesting? If I followed this all right, deficit spending is OK because the US government issues currency so it can’t go bankrupt like you or I can. As long as there’s increased productivity to meet increased currency circulation, the government can afford whatever it likes. Did I get that right? I’m not a huge deficit hawk and a lot of that is beyond my pay grade, but I suppose it’s worth considering.

At the same time, and I know you concede this, Bernie would indubitably raise my taxes. I already mentioned the tax calculator I used a couple years ago. I can directly source about $4,000 annual right on his website, which is his M4A surcharge. Additionally, his wealth tax would be disastrous for the economy- what do you think would happen to stock prices and all of our 401Ks when the richest among us have to sell off millions of shares to pay the piper? There’s a reason Wall St surged when it first appeared Republicans would hold the Senate. Again, I think there’s a lot to dislike about Bernie without believing that he’s going to send people to GULAGs on the outskirts of Fairbanks.

Or, they can lower their gross tax share by re-investing in their company by taking less profit and paying employees more.

That's how high taxes actually work, and why they helped build the middle class in post-depression America.

Also, you do realize that most middle class people have an 8-10k deductible on their health insurance, right? 4k would save the average American family 4-6k right off the bat.

I'd rather pay 4k in taxes than 10k to an insurance company that STILL has the "right" to deny you coverage.

Conventional economics are wrong, and they don't actually explain how the economy actually works.

I suggest you listen to this podcast:

Good riddance...hope these domestic terrorists rot in a jail cell for a long time.

Honestly, why can't anyone get the gaslighter in chief to shut his pie hole? Take away his twitter, tell him to shut up. Don Jr. calling for a war should be sent to jail to detox.

100% agree.  In the world of social media, people should be held responsible for their dangerous / violent rhetoric as there are enough wacko’s out there who will respond accordingly.  Not quite as bad, but fundamentally it’s somewhat similar to swatting.  Trump Jr may not be carrying out the action, but he’s looking to inspire a physical response which too often becomes violent.
