I could make jokes about black sharpies, but this is a real theory right now to try and support why AZ isnt really blue. I think he's doing it with any close states he loses just to start the theory of doubt. He even retweeted that nonsense from Michigan where they just happen to update one person at a time and it goes live instantly so there's some lag in the total number updating. CNN is estimating 80% reporting, Yahoo is at 64% They have almost identical vote figures. If Yahoo is right that is huge for Biden's chances.
