ron883
Seemed like a good dude. Played way too much on our team unfortunately. Stole too many at bats from Yermin. Enjoy retirement sir.

sin city sox fan
Can’t we sign him to a one day contract so he can retire with the White Sox?
oldsox
Not the worst deal Hahn ever did. Most laughable, though.

What a total waste of a rebuilding year that was signing Alonso ($9M ) and Jay ($4M) to lure Machado and signing Kelvin Herrera for 2 years $18M. They could have got some real talent for all that money and that's while I'm not trying to figure out who else they spent money on that off season. https://www.mlbtraderumors.com/2019-mlb-free-agent-tracker/ Edited November 21, 2020 by CaliSoxFanViaSWside

Because of this TLR hiring, can we be sure that the Yonder Alonzo/Jon Jay signings were Hahn’s idea? Those moves might have been dictated to him. That could have been Reinsdorf.
