I mean, the honest answer is Verlander won't pitch this year, Springer is gone now, and seemingly 1/2 of their roster is gone next year. I don't know if there is a scenarion where Brewers consider trading Yelich due to the PR repercussions but he would be a perfect fit. As to Woodruff, we would have to add another serviceable starter...someone like Stiever (WI kid) and even if we remove Yelich from the mix, its doubtful a Vaughn/Cease led package would excite them.
