Queen Prawn
Who do you think choked worse, the Cubs or the As?
southsider2k5
The Cubs for sure. They had multiple run leads in the late innings of both of the last two games, and blew it.
Texsox
We're such big Cub fans around here, of course they'll win this poll. Today's big cub news from Dusty, Corky, Moises, Bartman and the crew :puke
Queen Prawn
Since I started this poll, I should give my reason for voting for the Cubs. The hoopla surround them and the assumption that the media took that the Cubs were going to the world series before they won it made it a bigger choke in my eyes. Maybe because I don't live in Oakland, I didn;t see as much assumption that the As were moving up after taking a 2-0 lead, or maybe because it was 'just' a divisional series rather than the league championship series... 1549
-Cubs had two of the best pitchers in baseball going to the hill, needing only 1 win. -Red Sox have a better line up than Marlins. -Cubs had leads.
southsider2k5
9-0 with the Cubs as the biggest choke artists :fthecubs
Gene Honda Civic
10-0 now, They've lost 6 straight times with a chance for the world series. The a's have lost 8 straight with a chance to win the division series. The cubs losses meant more. Therefore they are biger choke artists. BridgeportHeather
we choked pretty bad too Losing like the Cubs have been known for is a lot harsher on the heart than being swept...LOTS harsher! I chose option A, giving it a two touchdown lead, with both pat's converted.

SuperSteve
I voted the A's. They do it every year, and was in extra innings in game three. With Zito and Hudson leading the rotation, and the AL's best closer, they should have won three. I thought they could win, I never believed in the Cubs. YASNY
They both choked equally in my opinion. But, the Chicago media was rediculous in the way that they acted like it was a foregone conclusion the Cubs were Series bound. They probably contributed to the fortitude and determination displayed by the Marlins throughout the course of that series.
