You guys both could not be more wrong. Has a 119 ops+ when he was actually good the one year of his career and you both want him to do something professionally that he has never done in his real baseball playing life because of two at bats to start this year.

Prime in game hilarity.

I think we already went over this argument (to death) in 2017 and 2018.

He's (seemingly) always going to be better from the LH side, but not to the extremes of someone like Jose Valentin.

“Sweeping slider low and away ends the inning”

it can get overdone at times but it’s always a blast when stone is prophetic with pitch predictions

He's like Tony Romo, but he's been doing this for way longer.

the whole team will be wearing Jimenez #74 jerseys for the home opener next week

Pretty awesome these guys are doing that for him...shows how much the kid is loved in the clubhouse.  They don't do this if Leury Garcia tears a pec trying to rob a meaningless HR in spring training.

He swings as quality pitches.  Very similar to Collins.

I haven't felt as confident in a call-up as I do in him. All the at bats, including in spring this year and last year, showed an advanced approach at the plate. He looks like a royal pain in the ass to pitch to, and we don't have enough of those.
